We use a multi-step process to thoroughly clean your area rugs. Our goal is to make your rug look and feel new again.
Our rug cleaning technicians follow the area rug cleaning process:
- Rug Inspection – Our initial inspection helps us to determine what type of rug and fiber were to be cleaning. Inspect for any fiber damage and wether the area rug may have permanent staining. Also to determine what type of cleaning solutions your particular rug fibers may require.
- Vacuuming– We then give your area rug a vacuum cleaning, using our commercial grade vacuum cleaners. These are much stronger than the typical vacuum you buy at the store. This will remove dry soil and particles.
- Pre-Treatments– Our next step is to pre-treat your rug with a what ever type of cleaning solution your particular fibers may require. Most all are rugs wether natural or synthetic use an enzymatic cleaner.
- Rug Agitation – This step involves using a nylon carpet rake to agitate the pretreatment solution. So that the solution can better dissolve the soiling and any other type of stain.
- Steam Cleaning – Next, we use a powerful truck-mount steam cleaning machine to clean and rinse your rug removing all the soils and solutions that were used. Our process allows us to clean both sides of your rug to ensure that it’s clean on both sides.
- Extraction – This step includes dry stroking your rug to make sure that your rug dries in a timely manner. Then use grooming rakes to make natural look of your rug’s nap looks plush and even when it dries.
- Final Inspection & Delivery – Lastly our cleaning technician will post inspect your rug to make sure it's look clean and new. Then he will take picture of the rug and send them to the customer to get there final approval before we deliver.
