Here’s what you can expect from TLC Carpet Care's Steam Process for Carpet Cleaning 

When our technician arrives at your Castle Rock home there will be a nice meet and greet followed up by a walk thru inspection of your carpets and addressing any and all questions and concerns you may have about any particular spots or stains.

Your carpets will be steam cleaned with the use of a professional truck mount machine.  There will be tools such as a six jet wand and stains tool to also steam clean your stairs. 

Although we can’t move heavy furniture items for liability reasons, small furniture like sofas and chairs, and end tables we can help move. Moving extremely heavy items like pool tables, china hutches and beds are examples of what we will not move. Our carpet cleaning tech will use blocks to protect furniture legs from staining or rusting the carpets. Be sure to keep the blocks there until the following day when your carpets will be completely dry. 

Our carpet cleaning technician may recommend carpet protector based on the age and or condition of your carpets. This process provides protection for your carpeting so it can repel against all spills and stains. If applied, the application may extend the dry time  a bit more. In this situation we highly recommend us placing a commercial fan on your carpets to help reduce the time it may take for your carpets to dry. Also the technician will use a rake too groom in the protector and this will also make the carpet plush so air flow can get thru the fibers. So try not walking on the carpets for a few hours if you don't have to. 

Upon the completion of the work our technician will double-check all work and make sure that all spots and stains are gone and that you are happy with the carpet cleaning.
