3. Quote Price: After counting the rooms you want cleaned, the tech will give you the exact price of carpet cleaning and get an your written approval before we begin work. 4. Pre Spraying: To start the carpet cleaning process the carpet is pre-sprayed with a powerful traffic lane cleaned to dissolve poets and soils. Your carpets then will be professionally steam cleaned. 
5. Rinse & Extract: The next step is the the dry stroke extraction. A powerful truck-mounted machine with with extreme vacuum power will rinse and extract the soils, stains and detergents from your carpet. Approximately 98% of the moisture is extracted, leaving your carpet only slightly damp.
6. Final Inspection: Your clean carpet is ready for post inspection.
