Walk-through Inspection: First, our service technicians  will walk through to inspect what needs to be cleaned, identifying any problem areas such as heavy spotting, pet odors, stains, or damaged carpet in need of repair. 2. Move Items: We will move light breakable items before start the cleaning process. Please note, we use safety standards when furniture moving is provided. All furniture maybe moved with the exception of heavy, breakable items including sofa sleepers, beds, desk, china cabinets, pianos, and any electronic items will not be moved,
3. Commercial Vacuum: Using a professional grade vacuum, we will vacuum the carpets if there is much debris and especially if you have pet hair and dander. 
4. Pre-spoting Using our carpet cleaning solutions, we pre-treat all spots and stains before we begin cleaning to ensure the best chance of removing stains and heavy soiling. If the carpet cleaning technician finds anything that may not come out he will bring this to your attention. 
5. Steam Cleaning: We will use our steam carpet cleaning process, applying hot water across the surface.
