1) Are you local? Yes TLC Carpet Care has been serving the Castle Rock community since 2001.

2) Do you offer truck-mount cleaning? Yes TLC Carpet Care uses state of the art carpet cleaning truck-mounts by Legend Brands Industries. 

3) How much do you charge? We have three different cleaning packages. Small House Package $295.00. Medium House Package 390.00  and Large House Package 490.00. If you just have a few rooms to clean we do offer a min fee of 180.00. 

4) Do you move furniture? We move some light furniture be we avoid items of liability, Give us a call for more detailed info. 

5) How long does it take to dry? Dry time averages between 8- 9 hours. 

6) What are your hours. Wet are open Sunday thru Saturday from 7:00am to 7:00 pm. We don't clean on Sundays. 

7) Is it Steam Cleaning or Dry Cleaning? TLC Carpet Care provides nothing but steam cleaning also known as hot water extraction. This cleaning process is recommended by all carpet manufactures such as Shaw Industries. 

8) What payment do you accept? We take cash, credit card and check. 

9) Are you chemicals safe for my kids or pets. Yes, all of chemicals are safe and bio-degradable. 

10) Can your cleaning process remove pet odors. We offer a Pet solutions Package that can remove pet and any organic odor and bacteria.
