Step 1– Our carpet cleaning technician will speak to you about your concerns and will do a walk through inspection with you to identify your problems areas and what maybe the greatest concern for you. We will identify soiling levels, unsightly stains and areas in which may be releasing odors and why. 

Step 2– Spots and stains will be pre-treated with one of our many carpet cleaning chemicals depending the type of stain and required treatment for each stain. Traffic areas are pre-treated with a high alkaline traffic cleaner and then be rinsed with an acidity. 

Step 3– Once the soil has been dissolved with our enzyme solutions our technicians will start our state of the art truck mounted hot water steam cleaning cleaning process. The machine uses 500 PSI pressure and heat at 200 degrees will be used to kill all the bacteria in the carpet that could be causing odors. The pH level is balanced to 7.5 to ensure there is no carpet browning or wicking.  If any spots are not removed cause of oxidation this will be addressed to the customer. 

Step 4– Our technician will do a final walk through with you to show cleaning results, with soil removal as well as spots and stains that were removed and to make sure you are completely satisfied with the cleaning results.
