Removing Furniture

Prior to the arrival of your carpet cleaning appointment, make sure to remove any furniture ahead of time. Our technicians are available to help with some light furniture if you need assistance, however heavy furniture will not be moved cause of liability reasons. Things that are not moved tv's, computers, pool tables, china hutches, beds and bed room furniture ect. If you do move very heavy items prior to the cleaning, know that those items will not be able to placed back on the carpet until carpets are dry. 

Protecting the Floors and Banisters 

Our technicians will be bringing in solution and vac hoses into your home for cleaning purpose of cleaning. These items if not carefully managed can cause damage to floors and banisters and could leave scratches and marks. This is why you will see the carpet technician place corner guards and matts down on your flooring to protect your property. If you see such corner guards do not move them as they are there for your protection. 

Remove Breakable Items

Make sure to remove any and all breakable items. examples would be decor such as vases, pictures, any plants or specialty items. Also check your kids rooms to make sure toys and clothing are removed from the carpets.

Secure Your Pets and Small Children 

Keep your cats and dogs off the carpets is a requirement during the cleaning process as this is for there protection. Also it is highly recommended that the pets and your kids stay off the carpets during the drying process as well. This will ensure everyone's safety and the carpets dry properly without any risk of resoiling. 

Also last but not least be sure to vacuum prior to our arrival, especially if you have pets.
