• You drop off your rugs at our rug shop in Castle Rock Co, or you can schedule us to pick up you rugs. 
• We then first Pre-Inspect your rugs for any excessive stains and soiling and any damage to the fibers. then document with video of the pre-Inspection report.
  • We then meticulously vacuum your rugs to remove deeply embedded dry soiling that will grind away your fibers in time.
• We then professionally steam clean your rugs using the appropriate rug cleaning solution based on the type of fibers and construction dye. This also includes fringe bleaching.
• We then we use an acid rinse your rugs to extract any leftover chemicals or soaps. This will ensure your rugs PH is at a neutral level. 
• We then hand rake the rugs with a Nylon Brush to properly prepare them for the drying process.
• We then carefully hang your rugs in our climate controlled rug shop.
• We then will do a final post inspection to see if additional cleaning is needed. This includes air drying your carpets with fans. Dry time for rugs is about 6 to 8 hours. 
• We then Roll your rugs back up with plastic to secure and protect them.
• We then will call or text you to let you know that your rug is ready for pickup and or delivery.
