• We use an acidic rinse for the extraction process. We go over the entire carpet, wall to wall as to make sure no part of the carpet is missed. We make sure that your carpets are thoroughly cleaned.
• After cleaning and rinsing your carpets, we groom them with a nylon rake to make the nap plush and straight. This grooming process will revitalize the carpet and restore the softness of your carpets.
• We have a fan's to rent if you are in need at expediting the dry time which is usually a few hours.
• We can apply a protective treatment like Dupont Teflon to prevent staining. We also have a special Dupont Teflon for wool carpets. 
• We then do a final inspection to make sure that your carpet are clean and spot free and make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
